How Vertex works
Every round follows the same rules. Nothing here uses real money — stakes, returns and balances are VXC virtual credits.

virtual credits
VXC is the in-game virtual credit used for every stake and return in Vertex. Every new account starts with 10,000 virtual credits (VXC). VXC is a virtual in-game credit. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed, withdrawn or transferred outside VERTEX, and is not cryptocurrency or an investment asset.
The idea
Every round has a target price and a countdown. You predict whether the market will finish above or below that target when the round closes. The server settles the round from the closing price it records.
VXC — your virtual credits
VXC is a virtual in-game credit. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed, withdrawn or transferred outside VERTEX, and is not cryptocurrency or an investment asset. You start with 10,000 VXC and every Position, VXC Returned and result is denominated in VXC.
Making a prediction
Choose a direction (ABOVE or BELOW), review the target the server set for the round, and choose your VXC amount. The confirmation step shows what you commit and what a correct call returns.
- Direction — ABOVE or BELOW the target at close.
- Target — set by the server when the round opens and never changes.
- VXC committed — the amount of VXC used to open the Position, deducted when it is accepted.
Lock and expiry
An open Position can be closed before the round ends when Close is available. Its Close Value is based on the current market state. Once closed, that Position is final. Otherwise it stays open until the round settles.
Settlement
At expiry the server compares the closing price with the target and settles every prediction in the round. Results appear in History and as a notification.
- WIN — your call was correct. VXC Returned includes your VXC committed plus the virtual return for that round.
- LOSS — your call was incorrect. The VXC committed is not returned.
- VOID — the round could not be settled fairly (for example a data interruption). Your VXC committed is restored and the round does not count as a win or a loss.
Virtual return
The return shown before you confirm is the gross VXC a correct call pays, based on the round's server-set multiplier. It is VXC Returned only — never money, and never a promise of profit.
What you can play right now
V1 currently runs one live room: BTC/USD 5-minute, single target, ABOVE or BELOW.
Coming soon
Additional timeframes — 15-minute, 1-hour, 4-hour and daily rooms, including multi-target ladder rooms — are shown as Coming Soon and are not playable yet. They become available only when they are enabled for everyone.
Leaderboard
Players are ranked on settled virtual profit in VXC, alongside win rate and record. Only settled predictions count.
